Most conventional gums list "gum base" as an ingredient. This means that it may contain artificial substances like synthetic plastic. This substance is replaced by chicle, a sustainable tree sap from Central America.
Here are some of the synthetic elements that can be found in conventional gum: polyisobutylene, polyvinyl acetate, and butylated hydroxytoluene. You won't find any of these substances - or any other synthetics - in this chewing gum.
The ingredients in this gum are of the highest quality possible. It contains only ingredients of natural origin.
