This syrup is part of the magic series in honor of Harry Potter fans. A direct manifestation of Monsieur Cocktail's love for this warm country tradition of tasting fruit and adding chilli to create a spicy and fruity balance.
The perfectly ripe mangoes come from India and are processed into a 100% pure puree, with no additives or preservatives. Its sweet notes are then married with sugar and lime juice, before the brief maceration with chili peppers.
Flavour-free, colourant-free and preservative-free.
Taste
The lemon candy nose fades once in the mouth to let the acidic freshness of freshly squeezed lemon filter through, with sweet sweet notes.
Use
Shake well before opening.

2 oz of tequila
1 oz spicy mango syrup
1 oz lime juice
Fill the shaker with ice and a little egg white or viscous water from legumes. Bwell shake the shaker. To pay. It's ready!
