Made with ripe pears saved from food waste and a custom-made organic chai blend, its bitter finish is brought on by Peruvian quinine bark and dried wormwood plant.

Sugar, pear juice, water, citric acid (acidulant), quinine, organic chai tea (black tea, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom), organic hibiscus flower, cinnamon, absinthe, erythrosine and brilliant blue fcf (for the coloring)
