It seems that flowers are back in fashion. But for us at Selv, they always have been!
They invite themselves into the Gin Tonic, they bloom the vodka and do not meddle in their business in your Spritz. Here is the delicate and fragrant syrup, made from 100% wild flowers grown in Quebec. Naturally colored with wild blueberries from Lac St-Jean, it is also made from a quinine bark maceration base of exceptional quality, refined over the years by mixologist Patrice Plante.
The result? This is an incomparable artisanal tonic that will satisfy fans of floral gins but is sure to charm all "not sure I like gin".
Flavour-free, colourant-free and preservative-free.
Taste
An exotic whiff of a sweet flower field, giving way to the woody freshness of Quebec elderflower. The bitter, minty finish envelops the taste buds in lively lavender aromas.

1 oz Tonic Floral Syrup
3 oz sparkling water
A few ice cubes
