Find balance.

Balance, this word that we have heard so often in recent years. Find balance in our life in order to feel better. The balance between work, family, friends, romantic relationships and moments for yourself. The balance that will allow us to be less stressed, less tired, more calm. But what do we prioritize? Where do we start? This is what we want to talk to you about today: how to find a balance, between things to do and time for you, that will suit you and help you manage your stress and prevent the exhaustion that a hectic lifestyle can bring.

What else?

It is also important to give yourself some self-care time every week. Yes yes. Every week. We all have our own way of living our self-care, so don't compare yourself to what others do and focus on what really makes you feel good. Go to the local café on Saturday morning to read your new book in peace. Do 3 crossfit sessions per week. Follow a facial care routine morning and evening. Take one or two baths per week. Cook a new dish every week. Stop at the park a few minutes before picking up your children or before going home. 

What's important to keep in mind is that setting aside time for yourself weekly will have a big impact on your mental and physical well-being. 

It’s a date! 

It's a date! A date with yourself. Write it in your calendar, make an appointment with yourself, include yourself in your schedule. This is a great way to remind yourself to take time for yourself and make sure you do it.

We encourage you to be the priority in your life. It's up to you to make sure that you rest, that you do activities that make you feel good and that your daily life is peppered with self-care moments. This role falls to you and believe me you will feel the benefits faster than you think.
