Matcha, Eucalyptus and Lemon Bath Recipe

Invigorate your body and mind with this energizing and soothing bath, combining the benefits of matcha, eucalyptus and lemon. Ideal for refreshing and revitalizing after a long day.

Ingredients :

- 1 cup of Epsom salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of matcha powder
- 1/4 cup dried eucalyptus leaves (or 5-10 drops eucalyptus essential oil)
- Zest of a lemon (or a few thin slices of lemon)
- 10 drops of lemon essential oil
- 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil or sweet almond oil

Instructions :

1. Preparation of Ingredients:
- Mix the Epsom salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
- Add the matcha powder, dried eucalyptus leaves (or eucalyptus essential oil), and lemon zest (or lemon slices). Mix well to combine all the dry ingredients.

2. Adding the Oils:
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon essential oils with the jojoba or sweet almond oil.
- Pour this mixture of oils over the dry ingredients and mix carefully to distribute the oils well.

3. Storage:
- Place the mixture in an airtight jar or resealable bag. Store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.

4. Bathing Ritual:
- Fill your bathtub with hot water.
- Add about 1/2 cup of the matcha, eucalyptus and lemon bath mixture to the bath water.
- Let it infuse for a few minutes to release the aromas and benefits of the ingredients.
- Dive into the bathtub, relax and enjoy this moment of well-being.

Advice :

- To prevent the eucalyptus leaves and lemon zest from clogging the pipes, you can put the mixture in a muslin bag or a tea net before submerging it in the bath water.
