COOL FOOT BATH FOR HOT DAYS

Refresh and soothe your tired feet with this natural recipe made with apples and flowers, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients :

- 1 large basin or bucket big enough to dip your feet in
- 1 liter of fresh water (preferably chilled)
- 1 apple and 4 strawberries (cut into thin slices)
- 1/2 cup dried flowers (lavender, chamomile, roses)
- 1/4 cup fresh or dried mint leaves
- 1/4 cup sea salt or Epsom salt
- 10 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions :

1. Water preparation:
- Fill the basin with fresh water. For an even more refreshing effect, you can add a few ice cubes.

2. Adding Ingredients:
- Add the apple slices, dried flowers, mint leaves and sea salt or Epsom salt to the water.
- Pour the drops of peppermint essential oil and the fresh lemon juice (if using) into the basin.
- Stir gently to mix all the ingredients well.

3. Infusion:
- Let the ingredients steep in the water for about 5 minutes. This will allow the aromas and soothing properties of the ingredients to be released.

4. Foot Bath Ritual:
- Dip your feet into the basin and enjoy the refreshing sensation. Let your feet soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Close your eyes, relax and let the freshness of apples, flowers and mint soothe your tired, overheated feet.

5. After the Bath:
- Gently dry your feet with a soft towel.
- For extra care, apply a moisturizer or light oil to your feet to nourish and soften them.
