Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping fees

• Free shipping in Canada on orders of $80 or more, before taxes and after discounts.
• Below that amount, shipping costs $9.

The exact fees are always shown before you confirm your order.

Timelines

We prepare and ship paid orders within 3 to 7 business days (weekends and holidays excluded), unless the product page says otherwise. We mainly ship with GLS, which generally delivers in about 5 business days after the parcel leaves.

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number. An order is sometimes sent in several parcels, at no extra cost to you.

Late delivery

If your parcel is late, write to us at info@selv.ca: we will follow up with the carrier.

If your order is not delivered within 30 days after the expected delivery date or, if there is none, within 30 days after your order, you may cancel it at any time before delivery. We then refund you within 15 days.

Lost or damaged parcel

Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered. If the parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we send the products again or refund you. For a damaged parcel, send us a photo of the parcel and the products.

Shipping address

Double-check your address before paying. If the parcel comes back to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to reship it or refund the products.

Natural variations

Our products are handmade. Slight variations in colour or texture from one batch to the next are normal and do not affect their quality.
