Ingredients first
Oils, plants and flowers, blended by hand in our Montreal workshop.
Plant oils
In the Nordique botanical oil: sweet almond, avocado, apricot and argan, with real eucalyptus leaves.
Epsom salt
The Nordique bath salt is Epsom salt, lavender flower oil and eucalyptus oil, with a little vitamin E.
Soy wax
In the Nordique candle: soy wax and a cotton wick.
The ritual in three steps
In the bath or in the shower, the same slow movement.

Step 1: Pour
A few drops of oil in hot water, a little bubble bath under the tap or a dab of gel in the palm of your hand.

Step 2: Breathe
Close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Let the scent slow the pace of the day.

Step 3: Settle
Stay a few moments without doing anything. Each breath becomes a little deeper.

What is Selv Rituel?
Selv Rituel is a natural care house founded in 2019 and based in Montreal, which makes bath and body care rituals in Quebec: bubble baths, bath salts, botanical oils, candles and immersive kits.
Where are the products made?
Our creations are handmade in Quebec, in our workshop at 4710 Saint-Ambroise Street. The Selv Market also offers a few products from other brands.
Are Selv Rituel products vegan?
Our care products are vegan, with one exception noted on its product page: the Protective Balm, which contains beeswax (Cera Alba). Selv Rituel is Leaping Bunny certified, the international reference for cruelty-free products: our products are not tested on animals, and our suppliers have also committed to this standard.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3 to 7 business days, mainly with Canada Post, which usually delivers a standard shipment in 5 business days. Shipping is free in Canada on orders of $80 or more before taxes; below that amount, it costs $9.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Because our care products are handmade and meant for the body, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on opened or used products when the request is about personal preference (scent, texture, experience). If your order arrives damaged or a product has a manufacturing defect, email us at info@selv.ca with a photo as soon as possible.
What is the difference between a bubble bath and a bath salt?
A bubble bath creates a scented foam on the surface of the water within the first few minutes. A bath salt works mainly on the skin: it gently exfoliates it while carrying the essential oils and minerals to the body.
